Our machine for your needs
Our range of used machines is constantly changing. Adapting a used machine to your needs is possible in most cases at a reasonable price.
We will be happy to advise you and work out a concept together with you. We currently have the following used machines available:
- PRO 800 with new PROVAC PC control, with 1 x e-gun, 1 x thermal evaporator, diffusion or cryogenic pump
- PRO 1100 with new PROVAC PC control, with 1 or 2 x E-gun, on request with thermal evaporator, ion source, diffusion or cryo pump
- PRO 1200 with new PROVAC PC control, with 1 or 2 x E-Gun, on request with thermal evaporator, ion source, diffusion pump and Meissner trap
- Leybold A1104 APS with 2 x electron beam evaporators, ion source APS, roughing pump with D65B and WS501, diffusion pump, Meissner trap with Polycold PFC-660ST; Machine control Leycom 4 etc.
- Various backing and high vacuum pumps
