Our all-round service
Our service engineers specialise in repairs and maintenance of PROVAC systems as well as all other coating systems on the market.
The range of services includes, among others:
- Repairs, preventive repairs and predictive repairs
- Conversions and repairs of your coating plant and components
- Set-up, dismantling and commissioning of your production facilities when changing the production location
- Maintenance of pumps (backing and high vacuum pumps) and coating technology components on site or in our workshop
- Upgrade your machine with electron beam evaporator, thermal evaporator new plant and process control etc.
- Upgrade your machine with an ion source e.g., MARK II or TAURION 300 (this source is manufactured by CCR and fully integrated into our plant and process control)
- Development of new coating processes, in particular also for all plastics currently on the market
- Adaptation of coating processes to your coating system, including the manufacture of the necessary manifold orifices
- Training in the use of high vacuum coating equipment, process creation, etc.
